Payment and Delivery

1) You can conveniently make payments via Bank Transfer or EFT
(Electronic Fund Transfer) to any of our Yapı Kredi bank accounts (EUR or USD
accounts for international orders and Turkish Lira account for domestic orders).

2) Enjoy the ease of online payment or installment plans with all major
credit cards through our website. Your card will be charged at the end of the
order process. In case of order cancellations or stock issues, refunds to your
credit card will be processed within 3 business days.

3) Order Cancellations

Cancellation is only applicable to orders that have not yet been
shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to the returns
procedure if you wish to cancel it. Should you need to cancel your order for
any reason, COASTAL STORIES TEXTILE APPAREL ACCESSORIES AND DECORATION INDUSTRY
AND TRADE LIMITED COMPANY will promptly refund the product price to your
account or credit card within three business days. Please ensure to provide
accurate and complete bank account or credit card details to our finance team.

4) Delivery

While we strive to dispatch your orders on the same day, our standard
delivery time is typically within 1-3 business days. For items requiring
sourcing, delivery times are specified in the product details. Rest assured; we
will keep you informed of any potential delays in delivery.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the address where you can be
reached during the day as the delivery address.

Your requests will be processed based on the delivery option selected at
checkout. All orders are dispatched from our Istanbul-based company via courier
service. Once confirmed, your orders will be handed over to the courier company
within a maximum of 3 business days.

Please note that courier deliveries are currently available only within
Turkey.

5) International Orders

When shipping to the EU, customers will be exempt from all taxes and
won't incur any additional charges for orders with a total sum below 150 euros.
VAT is collected during the order process, and we provide a statement to EU
authorities (i.e. the One-Stop Shop).

Orders exceeding 150 euros may be subject to duties upon entry into the
destination country.

Items are dispatched to the carrier within 1-3 business days, with
estimated delivery times sent via email after order confirmation.

6) Payment Tracking

In the event of any transactional issues, you'll be promptly notified at
the end of the payment process.

For any address-related errors preventing delivery, our team will reach
out to you to rectify the situation promptly.

We are committed to ensuring a seamless payment experience for our
customers while maintaining a reliable partnership with the bank handling our
credit card transactions.

Important Note!

Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect any packages suspected of
damage in the presence of the authorized personnel from the delivery company.
If you detect any damage to the product, refrain from accepting it and promptly
notify the courier company to initiate the necessary protocols. Once the
package is accepted, the courier company is deemed to have fulfilled its
delivery obligations.

Returns

We have a 14-day
return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to
request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll
also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless otherwise specified by the seller at checkout, on the product page, or
across the website, return shipping costs will be covered by the buyer. If your
return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions
on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first
requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item
is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can
evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food,
flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized
items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not
accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get
in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,
and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the
European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14
days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in
the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in
its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you
know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please
remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too.
